Victor helped build the foundation of VIP Barber Shop alongside Ali roughly eight years ago, sharing a vision of a professional yet welcoming space built on consistency and respect. Over the years, he's become as well known for the bonds he's built with clients and families as he is for his craft — many traveling back to Walden specifically for his chair. Through every change the shop has seen, Victor has been one of its constants: steady, dependable, and committed to the atmosphere and standards VIP was built on.
With over 22 years of experience starting in the Bronx, Ali co-founded VIP Barber Shop bringing the same consistency, patience, and attention to detail he built his reputation on. His work is recognized for clean fades and sharp precision, but clients just as often describe his personality — someone who genuinely cares about the person in his chair as much as the cut itself. For Ali, the shop has always been more than a business; it's a place where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident every time they walk in.
